About Regional Help Hub

Regional Help Hub is a pilot service finder for regional South Australia. It helps residents submit job requests, request quotes, and find local providers.

These draft terms should be reviewed by an Australian lawyer before public commercial launch.

Pilot Service

The app is currently a pilot. Features, listings, providers, prices, availability, and coverage areas may change. We may pause, change, or stop the pilot at any time.

Provider Listings

Provider information may be supplied by providers or collected during onboarding. We aim to show useful and accurate information, but users should confirm qualifications, licences, insurance, prices, travel fees, availability, and suitability directly with the provider before booking work.

No Guarantee Of Work Or Availability

Regional Help Hub does not guarantee that a provider will respond, accept a job, attend a booking, complete work, or meet a particular standard. During the pilot, quote requests may be manually reviewed or forwarded.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, avoid submitting unlawful or misleading requests, and make their own decisions before hiring a provider.

Provider Responsibilities

Providers are responsible for supplying accurate business information, holding required licences, registrations, clearances, insurance, and approvals, and complying with laws that apply to their services.

NDIS And Health-Related Services

NDIS-friendly and care-related labels are intended to help users find relevant providers. Users should independently confirm registration, screening, suitability, and plan-management details before engaging a provider.

Payments

The current pilot does not process payments through the app. Any payment for services is arranged directly between the user and provider unless Regional Help Hub later introduces payment features with separate terms.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Regional Help Hub is not responsible for loss, damage, disputes, delays, provider conduct, or service outcomes arising from use of the pilot. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Privacy

Use of the app is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
